Andrea Pais is a songwriter, classically-trained pianist, and vocal powerhouse based in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Her music is a captivating blend of soul, R&B, blues, and pop stemming from her early musical influences which include Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Sade, and Etta James. Unique to Andrea’s musical skillset is her ability to add a soulful flare to many of today’s popular songs, while adding her “twist” to the songs with creative vocal ad libs and runs to showcase her incredibly vast vocal range.
Andrea started playing piano at eight years old on her family’s broken piano and she wrote her first song at the age of 14. Her covers of Minnie Ripperton’s “Loving You” and Rose Royce’s “Wishing on a Star” still wow fans and, to date, her videos have been viewed by millions of people.
